The Tasting Room is the social heart of Hotel Layla. A place designed for conversation, discovery, and unhurried enjoyment. Serving both wine tastings and a full menu restaurant, it offers a relaxed yet elevated setting where guests and locals gather.

At the center of the space is a striking three-tier wine tower, showcasing a thoughtfully curated selection of wines spanning regions, varietals, and styles. The atmosphere is lively without feeling crowded, social without becoming loud—allowing the experience to feel welcoming, flexible, and distinctly its own.
Menus are chef-managed and seasonally updated, focusing on high-quality local ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and balanced flavors. The offering spans light fare meant for sharing alongside a tasting, as well as full entrées suited for longer, more relaxed meals.
Each dish is approachable, well-executed, and aligned with the rhythm of the space. The result is food that feels elevated yet comfortable, supporting both casual visits and lingering evenings.
Hotel Layla’s branded mobile app allows guests to order food and beverages wherever they are, without interrupting the rhythm of their stay. Whether settled into a suite, enjoying the patio, or spending time elsewhere on the property, orders can be placed and delivered with ease, or scheduled for pickup when it suits the moment.
